Every August, when the tomatoes in southern Ontario reach their peak ripeness, we craft a small batch of our cherished family recipe—passed down through generations and made only during the harvest season.

Each jar is slow-cooked with fresh, simple ingredients and no preservatives, capturing the taste of summer in every spoonful. Once the season ends, so does production.
